Your FIAG# & Membership Level

Your official FIAG Artist Number is assigned in the order members joined the Guild. This number stays with you for all FIAG events and must appear on all labels/tags; it’s used at checkout and for accounting.

Your current membership level determines the commission percentage paid to the Guild from each sale. Those commissions will go a long way to fund year-round operations and cover show expenses (displays, lighting, supplies, marketing, POS fees, insurance, etc.).

Membership Codes: Your membership code will consist of the number you were assigned when you joined the Guild plus the level of membership you have chosen.  

Membership codes are as follows:

Core = C-12, Evergreen $250 = E-9, Evergreen $500/$1,000 = E-6, Evergreen $2,500 = E-3.

Example: Joan Barnes - FIAG Artist # is 2-E3 

IMPORTANT — On-Site Membership Upgrade Option

If your sales are going really well, you may upgrade your FIAG membership to any Evergreen level (E-9 / E-6 / E-3) during the event to take advantage of reduced Guild commissions.

Please notify Joan Barnes, Treasurer, before or during the show if you decided the Evergreen membership level is a better option for you so your proceeds can be tallied correctly for your new membership level at the end-of-show. Which will reduce your Guild commissions paid.
