Labels & Tags (FIAG# Required)

It is critical that each piece of your work be labeled with your FIAG#, even if you plan to handle your own sales. This number serves as your unique identifier and ensures smooth record-keeping. If you become busy during the show—or if a Guild cashier needs to step in and process a sale on your behalf—they will rely on your FIAG# to track the transaction correctly and credit you for the sale. 

Use only one of these names for the Type of Artwork (on the online form and on your labels/tags):

Painting/Art, Jewelry, Ceramics, 3-D, Fiber, Publication

General Rules:

• Every label/tag must include your FIAG#.
• Hanging Requirement (Grid Panels): All Painting/Art, 3-D, and Ceramics pieces that will hang on the grid panels must arrive wired on the back for hanging.

Painting / Art

• Two labels required per piece (always): one attached to the back of the artwork and one attached to the grid panel to hang beside the work.
• Must arrive wired on the back for hanging.
• Include: Title, Artist, Size, Medium, Price, FIAG#, Type: Painting/Art

Jewelry

• Tag each item or card. • Include: Artist, Price, FIAG#, Type: Jewelry

Ceramics 

• Tag each piece.
• If hung on grid panels: Two labels required per piece — one on the piece (secure spot) and one for the grid to hang beside it; must arrive wired on the back for hanging.
• Include: Artist, Price, FIAG#, Type: Ceramics

3-D (Sculpture/3D mixed media not covered by Ceramics)

• If hung on grid panels: Two labels required per piece — one on the piece and one for the grid; must arrive wired on the back for hanging.
• Include: Artist, Price, FIAG#, Type: 3-D

 Fiber (Textiles, wearable art, etc.)

• If hung on grid panels: Two labels required per piece — one on the piece and one for the grid.
• Include: Artist, Price, FIAG#, Type: Fiber

Publication (Books, catalogs, magazines — use an insert/bookmark to avoid damage)

• Include: Artist, Price, FIAG#, Type: Publication
