Dear FIAG Members & Artists,

These requirements are in place to:

• Keep the event safe for our guests and artists
• Ensure artwork is displayed properly and beautifully
• Maintain accurate sales records for both FIAG and Artists
• Provide a smooth setup, show, and breakdown experience for all involved

Important Note: This will be a cash-free event. All guest purchases will be processed using credit cards, ensuring secure and convenient transactions. 

Art Guild Fee Policy — Procuring Cause / 30-Day Grace Period
If an Art Guild show or event is the procuring cause of the sale of a piece of artwork, the Art Guild is entitled to the guild fee on that sale.

A show or event is considered the procuring cause when the buyer first becomes aware of, views, or expresses interest in the artwork as a direct result of that show or event.There is a 30-day grace period following the close of any Art Guild show or event during which this policy remains in effect.
Any sale of artwork that occurs within this 30-day period and can be reasonably attributed to exposure from the show/event is subject to the standard Art Guild fee, in accordance with the Guild’s established Art Show Guidelines.
