By submitting artwork to the Fripp Island Art Guild (“FIAG”) for exhibition or sale, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FIAG, its officers, members, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, and the event venue/property owner from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I acknowledge and agree that FIAG and its representatives are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork, display materials, or personal property. I further agree to assume full responsibility for the setup, display, and removal of my artwork and materials.
