We're thrilled to announce that renowned Lowcountry artist Mary Segars will be our featured speaker for the August meeting! Mary is celebrated for her vibrant work in oils and pastels, capturing the spirit of the coast with every stroke. She's also a gifted teacher with a passion for sharing her craft.

Our Plein Air Painting lead, Pat Snow has graciously invited our guild members who love to paint outside to her new deck! We will paint from 9:00 AM to 11:30 and stop for a quick lunch before departing at noon. If you can bring something for our simple lunch, please let us know in the comment box below. Desert and ice tea are already covered. Thanks and see you at Pat's!

 Join us for the Fripp Island Art Guild’s first-ever “Let's Get Creative Event” on Tuesday, September 2nd at 7 PM at the Community Center (and on Zoom)! Enjoy two fun hours of creativity, conversation, and community. Wine, water, and nibbles will be provided to add to the fun—just bring your supplies and let the inspiration flow!

We’re excited to invite you to our Fripp Island Art Guild meeting on Tuesday, October 7th at 7:00 PM, featuring a live pastel demonstration by Lowcountry artist Beth Williams.

Beth is known for her soft, glowing landscapes and her relaxed, inspiring teaching style. During this special demo, she’ll walk us through her pastel process, sharing techniques for layering, blending, and bringing light and color to life on the page. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just curious about pastels, this is a night you won't want to miss!

"All Hands on Deck" for All Things Fripp!  Tuesday at 7:00 PM | Fripp Island Community Center

Ahoy, Artists! It’s time to rally the crew for our biggest event of the year—All Things Fripp—and we need ALL HANDS ON DECK as we set sail toward Saturday's big show! From signs to snacks, labels to lighting, we’ll be fluffing, fixing, and finalizing all the finishing touches to make this show shipshape.

Whether you're a master organizer or just really good at holding a roll of tape, we need YOU! Expect laughter, a little chaos, and lots of glue sticks. Come ready to pitch in and have some fun as we turn the Community Center into an island-inspired art haven.

Snacks, smiles, and a playlist with at least one Jimmy Buffett song are guaranteed.
