What an incredible first year it’s been! Come enjoy an evening of celebration as Kari Cornwell and the Board of Directors look back on the highlights, milestones, and wonderful memories that have made our first year such a success. We’ll also share an exciting look ahead at what’s in store for the coming year.
We’re also thrilled to enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by Harold’s Chef Services.

Discover the endless possibilities of landscape painting in this creative, hands-on workshop led by award-winning and widely collected pastel artist Beth Tokey Williams.
Participants will explore how composition, color harmony, and textural techniques can transform a single landscape into a variety of expressive interpretations. Learn how to layer, simplify, and experiment to achieve mood and movement in your work while discovering the luminous depth and richness of pastel.
All levels welcome—bring your curiosity and a sense of adventure!

Join accomplished Lowcountry artist Mary Segars for an in-depth exploration of landscape painting in oils. Designed for intermediate to advanced painters, this workshop focuses on refining your skills in composition, color harmony, and texture to create expressive, cohesive landscapes. Mary will demonstrate advanced techniques for building depth, capturing light, and bringing emotion and movement to your work, while providing individualized guidance to help you strengthen your personal style.
A supply list will be provided.

Spinning Yarn and Dyeing with Nature by April Hartman
Discover the deeply satisfying journey of creating your own textile art from scratch.
Watch April demonstrate how to turn loose wool into beautiful yarn .
Learn how to transform kitchen scraps, backyard weeds, and wild plants into a beautiful palette of non-toxic dyes.
7pm-9pm at the Fripp Island Community Center
April Hartman is a fiber arts educator and visual artist with a focus on knitting, tapestry, and rigid heddle weaving. When she isn't teaching and creating new classes, she finds joy in collecting sea shells, painting seascapes and sheep (though not necessarily together!), spinning art yarn, and adventuring with her husband and two giant, fluffy dogs - Orla and Finnegan.

Tapestry Weaving Workshop with April Hartman
Using naturally dyed yarns and fiber from the demonstrating earlier in the week, April will guide participants through traditional tapestry weaving techniques to create a beautiful wall hanging.
7pm-9pm

Optional: Bring a special shell or two with a hole in them to incorporate into your weaving.
Looms and tools will be provided.

Ready to get crafty with a little holiday spirit? Join us at the Fripp Island Community Center for a Holiday Wreath-Making Class with the fabulous Woodsman's Wife!
You'll create your own beautiful, fresh wreath using live greenery and all the tools and supplies provided - no experience needed, just bring your creativity and holiday cheer.
Come sip, chat and craft your way into the season as Woodsman's Wife guides you step-by-step.
Spaces are limited, so sign up early - this one's guaranteed to get you in the holiday spirit!
