After a brief career in corporate finance and several years devoted to raising her family as a stay-at-home mom, Augusta-based artist Pam Thompson discovered a deep and lasting passion for painting. What began as a personal creative exploration quickly grew into a meaningful artistic journey rooted in her love for color, beauty, and a desire to connect with the Creator through her work.
Pam paints primarily in oils and acrylics, focusing on capturing the splendor of the natural world. Her art reflects a sense of peace, joy, and reverence for nature, often rendered in a traditional style, though she also enjoys exploring the freedom and emotion found in more expressionistic pieces.
Pam's work has been exhibited at numerous venues throughout the Augusta area and has earned multiple awards. Her paintings are held in private collections across the region.
Pam lives in Augusta, Georgia, with her husband Bill and their Cavapoo, Daisy.
